This 2000 BMW M Roadster has 13k miles and features Dinan upgrades for the engine, intake, and exhaust. The car has been registered in Oregon since new, remaining with its first owner until 2014. The selling dealer acquired it in April 2019 and reportedly performed a multi-point inspection, changed the oil, repaired scuffs on the wheels, flushed the brake fluid, and replaced the windshield wipers. The car is finished in Imola Red over black Nappa leather and is powered by a 3.2-liter S52 inline-six paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. This M Roadster is now offered with a removable hardtop, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Oregon title.
The M Roadster is based on the Z3 Roadster but features a wider body, lower ride height, modified suspension, larger wheels and tires, and a more powerful engine. Instrumentation includes a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline. The digital odometer shows less than 12,900 miles, which is corroborated by the Carfax report. A trio of supplemental VDO gauges is located in the center stack.
The 3.2L S52 inline-six sends power to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission. The seller reports that this vehicle’s VIN is listed in Dinan’s database as having a Stage 4 tune. A Dinan strut-tower brace and carbon-fiber intake are visible in the engine bay, and labels on the underside of the hood cite High Flow Throttle Body and High Flow Cold Air Intake System.
The Carfax report shows Oregon ownership history since new and no damage or issues. The report also documents maintenance performed by Kuni dealerships in Beaverton, Oregon between 2003 and 2014 as well as linear odometer progression.
