Seller Description

This 2001 BMW M Roadster is one of 921 built for the model year and is finished in Titanium Silver Metallic over Dark Gray and Black Nappa leather. The car resided in Pennsylvania from new until the seller’s purchase about six months ago, and it now shows 68k miles. Power comes from a 3.2-liter S54 inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Magnetic rear fender rock guards and a darker wheel finish have been added. This E36/7 is now offered with a clean Carfax report, factory books, and a clean Ohio title in the seller’s name.

Titanium Silver Metallic paint (354) is accented with a black soft top. Photos in the gallery below highlight two wear spots in the top’s fabric along with a scuff at the edge of the front lip on the driver’s side. The accompanying Carfax report is free of accidents and other damage.

Magnetic rock guards are shown installed on the passenger side. This Roadster retains factory 17″ Style 40 alloy wheels, which reportedly have been painted darker than stock. Sumitomo HTR ZIII tires are currently mounted.

The cabin features a two-tone dark gray and black color scheme on the seats, door panels, dashboard, and center console. Equipment includes heated seats, a Harman/Kardon CD stereo, air conditioning, Dynamic Stability Control, and cruise control, along with power windows, mirrors, and locks. Wear is present on the leather steering-wheel rim, and the seller also states that the stereo’s bass is distorted. Two plastic trim pieces are missing from the in-dash BMW Business CD player, as depicted in the gallery.

The digital odometer indicates just under 68k miles, nearly 400 of which were added under current ownership.

Output from the 3.2-liter S54 inline-six was rated at 315 horsepower at 7,400 rpm and 258 lb-ft of torque at 4,900 rpm when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a factory limited-slip differential. The battery reportedly was replaced approximately six months ago.

The Carfax report shows service history, three owners in Pennsylvania prior to the seller’s purchase, and no accidents or issues.

Sold to a high bid of $17,000 or $17,850 with buyer fee

We've seen this roadster a couple times. It's technically still listed by a dealership in Pennsylvania which is weird. No bids yet.
