Seller Description

2000 BMW M Roadster
140,000 miles
S52 3.2 liter engine
5 speed manual transmission
$8000

This is the BMW 'M' Roadster - a version of the Z3 roadster with the M3 drivetrain, M tuned suspension, and a wider body. The car is an absolute blast to drive, I'm only selling it because shortly after buying it, I found a classic convertible I didn't want to pass up, and I can't justify owning two convertible sports cars.

Runs and drives excellent, all accessories work as they should, AC blows ice cold, heated seats get nice and hot - this car lets you drop the POWER top for three seasons and drive in comfort.

Recent KYB struts all around, VANOS system serviced, transmission mounts replaced. All original M badges are intact - rear trunk lid, shift knob, floor mats, and steering wheel.

Driver seat shows some wear, and is split on the center seam. Airbag light it on(I'm told this is common on BMW cars >10 years old). The car does have a crack in the windshield(see photos).

If this ad is up, the car is still for sale. The car can be seen in Naugatuck CT, or can be driven to my office in Fairfield CT to show.

It must have sold as it's back on the market with what seems like a different seller.

I see lots of subtle upgrades like wheel paint, head lights, audio, and blacked-out front kidneys. The rip in the driver seat is the biggest flaw I see, and it also has a big crack in the windshield. The price seems alright though.
