Up for sale is a 2000 BMW M Roadster. This is based on the E36/7 Z3 chassis. It features the powerful 3.2L S52 engine mated to a 5 speed gearbox with power going through an M tuned LSD. This is basically the E36 M3 drivetrain in a smaller package. I purchased the car from the original owner and no expense was spared maintaining this car.
The car runs and drives great. I am a BMW mechanic and have gone completely though this car. The tires are new this year and the brakes still have plenty of life. I have the original air box.
The interior is in pretty good shape with the only damage being a couple split seams in the drivers seat. I would give the interior a 9/10.
The exterior is free of accidents and major dents. The only drawback to the exterior is that it has clear coat failure on the hood and a small rust spot at the bottom of the fender. Other then that one spot, the car is rust free. I have a new fender that is included. I would give the exterior a 7.5/10.
