This 2000 BMW M Roadster is one of 321 cars finished in Estoril Blue Metallic over black Nappa leather for the North American market for the model year. It has spent most of its time in Oklahoma, Virginia, and California, and it was purchased by the seller in April 2019, and 35k of the 129k miles have been added since that time. Power is supplied by a 3.2-liter S52 inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission, and equipment includes silver-finished 17″ Style 40 wheels, a limited-slip differential, a black convertible soft top, heated sport seats, a Kenwood CD stereo, a Harman Kardon sound system, air conditioning, and cruise control. This M Roadster is now offered at no reserve with a car cover and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
The body is finished in Estoril Blue Metallic (335), and features include a power-operated black convertible soft top, front fender vents, and quad exhaust outlets. The Carfax report lists “very minor” damage in a June 2015 entry, and chips are noted on the hood and front fenders.
Silver-finished 17″ Style 40 wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires. The tires and brake rotors and pads need to be replaced, per the seller.
The cabin features black Nappa leather covering the heated sport seats, door panel inserts, and center console. Amenities include roll hoops, air conditioning, cruise control, a Kenwood CD stereo, and a Harman Kardon sound system. The headlight switch was replaced in February 2024.
The M-branded leather-wrapped steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames a tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, a 160-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The voltage gauge functions intermittently. The digital odometer indicates 129k miles, approximately 35k of which were added under current ownership.
The 3.2-liter S52B32 inline-six features VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 240 horsepower and 236 lb-ft of torque. The alternator and battery were reportedly replaced in May 2019, and the oil was changed and the air filter was replaced in July 2024. The seller notes that the alternator belt and spark plugs need to be replaced and that additional oil is required between oil changes.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a ZF five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
The Carfax report shows the aforementioned damage.
The California title is listed as a duplicate.
