FOR SALE
1999 BMW M Roadster
VIN: WBSCK9337XLC89383
Location: Denver, CO, USA
Mileage: 59,500
Seller: Nathan (s8ilver on Bimmerforums)
- Artic Silver/Black
- VFE V3 S/C (under 10k miles on the kit)
- Randy Forbes kit (had one weld going and just decided to do that early on). This was installed by SVE Autobody in Broomfield, CO at 53,990 miles.
- Hardtop with hoist and factory cover
- Supersprint Sport cat-back (maybe has 1k miles on the system)
- S54 Radiator/Oil Cooler with Randy Forbes distribution block
- Apex PS-7 R10.5x18ET22 285/35, F8.5x18ET35 235/40 (Roadstars included)
- Continental DW
- H&R Sport springs with Bilstein B8 kit
- Turner poly FCAB, IE RSFB...all other bushings and suspension rubber bits replaced
- Rogue RSM with reinforcement plates up top
- Tons of carbon fiber in the interior (bought new console panels and had them done by OCarbon). I went red thread CF for a bit of an M3 LTW vibe. All is quickly reversible. I do have two door “boomerangs” (uninstalled) that I’ll include as well. Those aren’t as reversible, so I’ll let the next owner decide whether to install.
- Banging stereo with 5ch AudioControl signal summing amp, Integral Audio box with upgraded Alpine sub, 6.5 RF components up front, BSW kit out back, and a brand new Alpine UTE-73BT Head Unit (amber lights of course)
- LeatherZ Lighted ZHP shift knob, footwell light kit, and leather center armrest
- Red/Black Cocomats (originals included)
- StrongStrut tower brace
- Factory boot cover
- Hardwired Deltran battery tender (lead comes out a body grommet under the rear bumper).
- UUC short shifter with DSSR
- UUC stainless clutch line
- UUC transmission mounts
- LED CHMSL with flasher under braking
- HID conversion in OE housings...Sky brackets (I upgraded the ballasts)
- Neverdone Mini Splits
- OE Sunshade
- M pedal covers
- Euro factory clear bumper lights
- Some random bits: (functional stainless roll hoops with acrylic wind deflector, machined headlight switch knob, Whalen hood pull, Euro hazard triangle, chromed extended Tenax)
Everything works, no codes (actually only got one CEL ever, and turned out to be a loose hose clamp on the SC intake pipe)
-Tuned by Abel on Bimmerforums (he runs the Diagnostics thread there)
-Tons of spare parts (hood struts, motor mounts, Giubo, backup colder plugs to go with S/C, smaller S/C pulley and correct belt if you’d like to bump to 10psi, original roll hoops/wind deflector, visors, A-pillar trim pieces, oil filter, S/C oil).
Needs: Yes, it’s still a 26 year old car. She could use a new rear window (I'm hardtop on or top down) and tires are getting up there in age, but still very pliable (always stored in a climate-controlled garage). Brakes are original and great, but I’m including a set of Stoptech Cryo drilled rotors and Street performance pads, as well as some UUC stainless brake lines).
Maintenance is up to date. I change the oil annually or near there (never even close on mileage), and she just had an oil change and brake/clutch bleed. I did diff/transmission fluid around 6k miles ago. I have a binder full of receipts, and I keep an Excel log of all work performed.
Thanks for looking! I am traveling 6/12-6/21, but will respond to messages when I find the time.
