The car runs great, and has never let me down. I put a 100,000 miles on it myself, and ihavent had one issue other then replacing the alternator. Selling it because I have to many cars and ICBC sucks.
Most important part of this car is the subframe upgrades!!!!!!!! There are a few of the M series on craiglist for sale, price ranging from $17000 - $22000 that don't have the upgrade. dont buy a mroadster unless it has the randy forbes subframe! do some research.

Could be more but that's what I can remember. The majority of the stuff was on the car when I bought it years ago except for all the under body work. I went over kill on the frame because I'm obsessed with handling.
ACCIDENTS
I touched someones bumper at a stop light once. no real damage.
I bought it in Ontario a few years back from a guy who got it in the states. US car. Been having trouble selling it because it was a US car (not sure why that matters to people).
it is what it is. I'm selling it cheap because it has high mileage, a hard looking drivers seat and the soft top is prob due to be replaced. I put a new soft top on about three years ago but they tend to rub on the back window. Car is very reliable and fun to drive.

Randy Forbes sub-frame kit and m3 rear end (which is a must for this car. its a $5000 upgrade. Every z3 and m roadster will eventually have sub-frame failure (google it) and the randy Forbes kit is the best solution and improves the cars response and handling)
all the factory body flex issues have been fixed
front- using the M strut tower brace
rear- randy forbes kit.
I had every inch of the frame re-enforced wielded to accommodate the extra power the engine is producing.
upgraded lights (front and back) the factory lights tend to get scratched up and faded.
Only been running top of the line AMSoil and Chevron high octane gas.
Had the front fully painted because I hate any kind of paint chips.
Ive been building BMW's for a long time and this is really a good buy. I see what everyone else is selling online and they are ripping you off if they dont have the randy forbes kit. the dinan and the forbes kit is the icing on the cake for this car. (especially the exhaust, $10,000 to replace from top to bottom if you wanted to the buy the same system.)
All upgrades have been certified using the government provincial inspection, so nothing on this car is illegal.
