Seller Description

For sale is my 1998 BMW M Roadster. It has an extensive list of modifications, I'll try and cover them all.

The car started with a Technique Tuning Stage1 turbo kit which has had updates to it. The stock ecu was replaced with a Link G4 Extreme ECU, wastegate updated to a Tial with a flex pipe added to the hot tube. Car is currently tuned to run on E85, I also have a 93 octane tune that can be flashed. The original 3.2L short block has been replaced with a 2.8L shortblock, the original 3.2L head remains but has a thicker headgasket to drop compression and had ARP head studs. Looking to start a new project, willing to trade for nice old rolling chassis muscle car (prefer 1st/2nd gen Camaro).

Technique Tuning Turbo Kit ($7000)
TCKline Dual Adjustable Coil Over Kit ($2700)
Stage 2 SBC Clutch and Pressure Plate ($1000)
C6 Z06 Front calipers ($700)
Custom Oil Cooler With Factory (Euro) Thermostat ($500?)
1000cc Fuel Injectors ($500?)
DBA 14" 2 piece front rotors ($400?)
Dr Vanos Stg1 Vanos ($250)
M50 Intake Manifold
Aeromotive 340lph Stealth Fuel Pump (Controlled via WRX fuel pump controller for quiet operation at low flow)
Urethane Rear Subframe Bushings

I'm sure there is plenty I'm missing, but those are the major modifications. In its current form the car has ran 11.9@119mph. I have a precision 6262 turbo that needs rebuild that was on the car. With that turbo installed it ran 11.55@124mph, I will include it in the sale.

You wouldnt' be able to replicate this car for anywhere near $15,000. It's not often you come across turbocharged Z3Ms. All the other modifictions are nice especially the TC Kline coilovers and Z06 brake calipers. I think the price is fair.
