Seller Description

2000 BMW M Roadster (E36)

For a complete collection of high-quality photos of this car please visit here: http://imgur.com/a/W41yp

Rare Estoril Blue exterior over black leather with factory matching BMW hardtop. Strömung catback exhaust (originally $1,200) installed by previous owner which really makes the car sound great (http://www.stromungexhaust.com/z-3-m-coupe.html). The previous owner also proactively upgraded the cooling system with a VSL Performance aluminum radiator and Stewart water pump. I do have the factory exhaust if you wish to switch the car back to stock.

The car is in excellent condition, with absolutely no mechanical, electrical or cosmetic issues. Power is provided from the BMW inline-6 3.2L S52 engine shared with the E36 M3 - highly reliable and plenty of usable power. Being an M car it is well equipped with options such as leather, heated seats, Harmon Kardon sound system, CD, and power mirrors/locks/seats/windows. It is also nicely appointed with all the M badging and upgrades such as the clock, oil temperature gauge, and volt meter below the HVAC controls, M floor mats, M shifter, M steering wheel, M door sills, M tachometer, etc. I have service records for the car dating back to before it was purchased. Lots of life left in both front and rear tires. Hardtop is easily removed and the convertible top works flawlessly and is in excellent condition. Carfax shows no issues whatsoever. All servicing is up to date. If you are familiar with these cars you may know that some models exhibited cracks in the differential mount and issues with the subframe amongst other smaller issues - this car does not have any of those problems.

Included with the car is the following:

- Factory BMW Hardtop with Cover
- Factory Exhaust, currently wrapped up and stored carefully away
- Factory Boot Cover (installs over soft top when down)
- Factory Soft Top Window Cover (protects window when top is down)
- Factory Wind Deflector (installs behind seats to limit wind when top is down)
- Factory Front License Plate Holder
- Car Cover
- Bentley Service Manual
- All original manuals, warranty books, brochures, window sticker, etc.
- Two sets of keys
- Service Records

I purchased this car in 2014 and haven't even put a thousand miles on it. Two young kids makes it impractical and difficult to find time to enjoy. Since owning, I have completed the following maintenance:

- Brake Fluid Flush
- Replaced Soft Top Rear Window
- Replaced Door Weather Stripping
- AC Serviced
- Replaced Speakers in Footwell
- Repaired Faulty Auto-Dimming Rear View Mirror

This truly is an amazing and beautiful car and I can't imagine this car not becoming highly collectable. The mix of E30 and E36 M3 components combined with the upgraded styling of the Z3 come together to provide impressive performance and looks. Please feel free to e-mail, call or text if interested. Title in hand.

Looks to be in very nice shape with just a little wear on the driver seat bolster and a couple small marks on the wheels. It's almost a 4 star condition. The hardtop and Stromung exhaust are big plusses as is the recent maintenance and service records. I think the price is very fair for what seems to be a very well sorted roadster.
