I also fixed the sagging glove box, changed the AC belt, replaced the timing chain tensioner, replaced the battery and replaced the seat bushings but don't have those receipts. I also had the wheels professionally refinished about 2 yrs ago and replaced the windshield from a rock chip. It has a crappy stereo so if that is important to you plan to change it. I never worried about it. I've always changed the oil with synthetic only and at least twice per year.

I am the 2nd owner and I've owned it for over 3 years with no issues. I was told the previous owner ran off the road and several panels were scratched and no frame damage. I don't even think it got dented and I'm quite sure the airbag didn't deploy. I had it inspected when I bought it and the local BMW dealership said everything was fine. I've used a very respectable local INDY for most of the maintenance items above, some of the items I did myself. The car also has very unique striping from the hood all the way to the back and it is the M colors.

The car has had one successful autocross season. I think I did about 5-6 races. The car also won the championship! It has also been to the track for one weekend with PCA.

I'm selling to buy an E36 M3 so I can do more track time with a roof. Otherwise I would keep it.

I have more pics that I can send upon request.

I do drive it so miles will go up but it doesn't get driven much.

Tons of recent maintenance and it's in pretty nice shape too. The only real downside is the title. I think the price is very fair.
