I heard it's a salvage title so the stripes make a little more sense and the price makes a little less.

They seriously added stripes to a low mileage, steel gray roadster?
I can't tell for sure, but I think the interior is gray. They also mention miles in the ad, so I assume it's a former US car. The price seems fair overall.
