2001 BMW M Roadster in Titanium Silver Metallic over Black Nappa
  • Exterior Color Titanium Silver Metallic
  • Interior Color Black Nappa
  • Soft Top Color Black
  • Engine S54

Seller Description

For sale by owner: 2001 BMW Z3 M Roadster - 1 of 151 built in this color combo

As S54 M Roadsters and Coupes continue to rise in value, I reluctantly must sell as I have another toy in route and only two garage parking spots.

2001 & 2002 M Roadsters feature the S54 engine, sporting 315 horsepower and a wonderfully unique exhaust note. Unlike earlier US-market Z3 M Roadsters & Coupes, the S54-equipped cars were not underpowered compared to their European-market counterparts. These cars are an absolute joy to drive.

This vehicle is painted Titanium Silver Metallic with interior trimmed in Black Nappa leather. The soft-top is black as well.

Options:
- Heated seats
- BMW car cover
- BMW soft tonneau cover ($500 value)

Features:
- binder of service records (recently serviced at Stictly BMW, where a slight power steering leak and aging rubber boot were noted as things to address in next year).
- upgraded stereo headunit with full Bluetooth capability (music & calls)
- steel clutch line
- new clutch fan
- rubber floor mats
- rear plastic window recently replaced
- passed WA state smog in 2016
- electronic/keyless door locks
- detailed by Metropolitan Detail in Bellevue

Recently showed the car at the Mercer Island Car Show and many commented on how well the car shows for a 2001. The front bumper was repainted at some time, and each door sports a very minor ding. The driver's side rear wheel had the lip repaired by previous owner, and the silver paint used doesn't quite match the others (easy fix, was waiting for a Seattle curb to nick it first!). The driver's seat needs new bushings installed (I have purchased but haven't installed at time of post) and the common Z3 seat belt guide fix is needed on the driver's side as well (doesn't bother me).

It looks mostly stock besides the audio. Having all the service records are a big plus. The price seems fair for the mileage.
