As far as we can tell it is still set up to operate as a power top but the power switch does not work and we can not figure it out. The top opens and closes manually in a matter of seconds, locks in place properly, and is super light and easy to handle so we are selling it as-is with the top operating manually. Second, this BMW has a clean CO title that is not branded in any way. However, the Carfax shows that this BMW was declared a total-loss by an insurance company way back in 2001 when it had approximately 25k miles on it. We don't have any details on that accident since it was so long ago. We have performed a complete service and safety inspection on this vehicle and encourage you to do the same if you want.
