I am the third owner of this 2001 BMW Z3 M Roadster with 62,009 miles. The top and tires were replaced right before I bought this car at 56,303 miles as well as the plugs, engine oil and filter, transmission oil, and differential oil (see Carfax). I changed the oil again around 4,500 miles ago using Liqui-Moly 10w60 and a Mann filter. Shortly after buying the car I switched the transmission fluid to Amsoil 5w30 Syncromesh and installed a UUC braided stainless clutch hose, thus removing the factory restriction. The clutch is strong and it shifts very well. I also replaced the serpentine belt and idler pulley, and air conditioner belt around 3,500 miles ago. I have a few receipts for the work that was done prior to my ownership. The previous owner had the bass speaker professionally replaced with a Kicker and I replaced the door speakers with quality speakers shortly after purchase. I personally did the 60k-mile valve clearance check/adjustment at 61,487 miles with Wiseco shims from FCP Euro and recorded the thickness data. Rod bearings have not been replaced. Also included is the service interval light reset tool, the original radio antenna, the tonneau cover, rear window guard, the seat valet (for your suit), original tool kit and manuals, and some receipts. The original owner had a minor accident as shown by the Carfax report. The hood was replaced but the airbags did not deploy. The car has a few small rock chips as would be expected on a 20-year old car. The Toyo Proxes 4 Plus tires have over 80% tread remaining. They have only run about 7,000 miles. I have kept this car inside the garage while I owned it, as did the previous owner (who lives nearby). Neither he nor I drove it in inclement weather. Please message me for the Carfax report.
