BMW only produced 1,565 S54-powered M Roadsters for North America (and only 690 for the 2001 model year), making this one of the rarest modern classics on the market.

It's awesome that this super high mileage phoenix yellow roadster got saved and restored. It's full of new parts and looks like it. It's also probably one of the cheapest ways to get into a phoenix yellow of any model.
