Seller Description

This 1999 BMW M Roadster was sold new in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and remained in the local area through four owners before it was acquired by the selling dealer in late 2017. Finished in Arctic Silver with a red convertible top, this example carries heated two-tone red and black Nappa leather seats and matching interior trim. Power comes from a 3.2L inline-six that produced 240 hp when new, and the engine is backed by a 5-speed manual transmission. The most recent service from the selling dealer included new valve cover gaskets, an oil change, and a new alternator idler pulley. The included Carfax report shows additional services dating to new, and the car is offered for sale with a clean North Carolina title.

This example is finished in Arctic Silver, and no accidents or body repairs are indicated on the included Carfax. A larger scratch is noted on the passenger-side of the front bumper and detailed in the gallery.

The seller notes that the red soft top appears to have been replaced at some point in the past. The BMW Style 40 wheels are mounted with a set of Sumitomo Tour Plus LSW tires.

The interior is trimmed in two-tone black and red Nappa leather, and slight looseness is visible on the back of the driver’s seat. Additional wear is present on the outer bolster of the driver’s seat, and detailed photos of the noted areas can be seen in the gallery.

Matching red trim is present on the dash, center console, steering wheel, and door panels. Approximately 126,700 miles are shown on the odometer.

Power comes from a 3.2L S52B32 inline-six that produced 240 hp when new and is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. Assorted service records are shown on the included Carfax report, and the most recent service by the selling dealer included new valve cover gaskets, an oil change, a new alternator idler pulley, and a new belt.

Multiple undercarriage photos have been provided detailing the condition of various suspension and chassis components.

The included Carfax shows no accidents or other issues and can be seen in the gallery below.

We've seen this roadster a lot over the years. I like the color combo, but they ahve only one photos posted so far. The price seems fair for the mileage and color combo.
