7/13/12 Update - Maybe not as good of deal as I thought. A note from Brandon:
Drove all the way from Cleveland to see this car today and let me forewarn anyone interested. The owner assured me over the phone the subframe had been checked by a quality shop numerous times but I have serious doubts. Three spot welds have already proceeded to fall through the trunk which, of course, indicates the common "subframe problem" is absolutely imminent on this vehicle. This discovery was an absolute deal-breaker for me but other problems include...Passenger door doesn't open from outside, shift knob slides right off during shifting with ease, rims completely covered in rash, and obvious clutch problem. There are more issues but these are the specific ones that the owner FAILED TO MENTION over the span of 6-7 phone calls before making the four hour trip. (Buyer beware)
If it has a clean title, it's price very well for only having 71,000 miles. It seems to be in pretty good shape too.
