Seller Description

For all of you who have been monitoring this car waiting for the right time, that time is now. I have the price set at my bottom line of $22,500 firm. On 12/3/2012 the price goes to $25,000 firm. My circumstances have changed and I am no longer under pressure to sell. Please bring cash and extra strong adhesive for your toupee. After 12/3 I do not want to hear any sob stories.

I think it is easier to describe the condition of the car by pointing out the few items that make it less than perfect and they are as follows: These can be replaced with a few bucks and a few hours of elbow grease if you are a perfectionist but they are fine either way: Upgrade shift knob. Upgrade subwoofer. Small piece out of rear BMW emblem. The rear window has the typical fold line. These following items are extremely insignificant but I point them out so that you can appreciate how close to perfect this car is: Negligible wear on drivers bolster. Inconspicuous scratch in front of right drivers side mirror. The front air dam has a few nicks and scrapes as expected. If I decide to keep the car the only thing I would will do is the shift knob. I would advise anyone who has an S54 Coupe or Roadster to make this change as it is a very significant upgrade for the money. Do not let this car pass by without coming for a look you will be impressed by the condition.

12/3/12 Update - Price raised to $25,000 now that it's packed away for winter

11/23/12 Update - Price reduced to $22,500 from $23,500 making it a pretty good deal. Also updated the description.

10/24/12 Update - Price reduced to $23,500 from $23,900

9/21/12 Update - Price reduced to $23,900 from $24,900

8/30/12 Update - Listing description updated

8/28/12 Update - Price reduced to $24,900 from $25,500

As mentioned, this was for sale a few months ago for $21,500. It was a good deal then, but the new price is probably a bit optimistic. It does still look great though.
