This vehicle has been meticulously maintained from the first day I bought the car new from Bill Pearce Motors in Reno, NV and brought it back to Portland. This car has been garaged its entire lifetime and has never seen the rain. This vehicle has only been dealer maintained with the exception of a few accessories that I'll tell you about.

Baseline information: 6-Cyl. 3.2 Liter, 5 Speed Manual, RWD, Air Cond., Alloy Wheels, Power Steering, AM/FM Stereo Business Cassette Multi Compact Disc, Premium Sound, Front Side Air bags, Dual Front Air bags, Two Tone Leather, ABS (4-Wheel) Power Door Locks, Dual Power Seats, Power Windows, Cruise Control, Self Dimming Mirror, Power Seats. Color is Estoril Blue with Blue Retractable Top and Black Boot Cover, and has all the M Accessory Items that come with an M package. It's certainly not a Z3, its wider and significantly beefier all around to wear the BMW M designation.

Performance Upgrades: Installed at Rasmussen BMW: From Dinan Performance; Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake and Cone Filter, Front Strut Tower Brace, Huge Dinan Stainless Steel Exhaust System (Cat. Back), Large Volume Throttle Body, and Dinan Stage II Software that removes the gas cutout at 132 MPH, changes the shift and torque bands. The entire Dinan upgrade bumps the HP at the wheels to something just shy of 300 hp. (from Dinan not Dyno'ed), have Dinan Badge in file but did not install on Car.

I also have a BMW car cover, touch-up paint, 3M Scotchcal Chip Guard (Bavarian Autosport) on Front/Bumper/Winddam and Rear Wheel Well Flares, and Eurathane Front Headlight Ccovers. Roll Bar Zip in Windscreen, BMW M Logo Valve Stem Covers.

I have all vehicle owners' manuals, original window and vehicle stickers, all 4 keys including lighted and valet, CD and promotional VHS M tape, and dealer promo bourchures for year of vehicle.

All maintenance has been dealer performed at Rasmussen BMW and I have all the reciepts. Recent maintenance includes new BMW battery and brake fluid flush and re-fill. This vehicle has only 10,789 miles. Vehicle has NEVER been in and accident and has NO DOOR DINGS. Paint is perfect.
