Seller Description

Buyer beware! ALL m-series 1999-2004 should have been recalled by BMW due to a structural problem which is very costly to repair. This vehicle had that issue repaired within the last 6 months by a certified BMW tech. While it was in, I had new shocks, struts, brakes and rotors front and rear installed. I also replaced all of the speakers and the rear window. With the exception of a little paint worn off the seat backrest, this car is perfect. It's always been garaged, and well loved. It's had all scheduled maintenance, has all records, owned by a non-smoker,has a very clean interior, and has been immaculately maintained. It has never been raced (another important thing to ask). This car is the one you've been looking for. Please don't waste my time or yours by calling with a low-ball offer. I won't return the call / email. A friend got burned by a fake cashiers check, so all financials will be cash or VERIFIED cashiers check only.

12/6/12 Update - Price reduced to $15,500 from $17,000

It looks all stock and in average shape for the mileage. There's quite a bit of wear on the driver seat, but the exterior looks good. It's had a lot of good recent maintenance, and the tires look pretty new as well. I'm not sure if he had the subframe reinforced or just repaired the BMW way which is better but not great.
