No Reserve on this 2002 BMW M Roadster. If you're bidding on this car, you probably know more about it than I do. I took the car in on trade for a car I had for sale. I was told they're fairly rare and are sought after by some BMW enthusiasts. The previous owner provided a service history starting from 2008 until he traded it to me. I have the records that I can fax to anyone that would like them. I also pulled the Carfax and AutoCheck history before the trade and they show no accidents or issues.
Service highlights include new spark plugs at 46,081, new fuel pump at 46,750, new 84 month battery at 38,400 miles. A new clutch was installed on 7/31/2012. When I got the car, I took it to the local BMW dealer and had a complete inspection. Two items were found that I had repaired. One tie rod bushing was bad, I had the entire tie rod replaced with a new one. The trunk mounted stop light was leaking, I had a complete new one installed with new bulbs. I guess these are a common problem. No other issues were found
Car is in overall good condition and drives great. There is one spot on the drivers seat, the rest of the interior is in nice condition with no issues. All gauges, lights and switches work. The outside of the car has some minor stone chips and small door dings. From 5 feet the car looks excellent but I wanted to point out all issues that I see. The rear window has a little fog but is also in overall good condition. The car comes with 2 complete sets of tires and wheels. I have taken pictures with both sets on the car. The silver wheels and tires appear to be nearly brand new. One of the tires still has part of the label on it and the rims look like new. The dark gray rims have nearly new tires on the rear and front ones have about 50% of the tread left. I'm not sure which ones are the factory ones, the dark gray wheels are not perfect and have some minor flaws. As I said, the silver ones look like new.
Thanks for looking.
