1998 BMW Z3 M Roadster. One of only 3,296 Z3 M Roadsters made in 1998 with low mileage. 3.2L DOHC, 24-valve inline six-cylinder engine with Dinan Stage 2 software upgrade, carbon fiber cold air intake and Dinan exhaust. ZF S5-31 five-speed manual transmission. Desirable Estoril Blue Metallic exterior (code 335) with a dark blue, semiautomatic power-folding cloth top and black rear wing and matching Estoril Blue Nappa leather interior. New BMW convertible top in correct color. Air-conditioning, cruise control, power steering, power four-wheel disc brakes, power door locks, power windows, power and heated bucket seats. Four-wheel disc brakes with anti-lock and driver and passenger airbags. Leather steering wheel and shift knob. Upgraded eighteen-inch alloy wheels with new Continental DWS Extreme Contact tires. Documentation include original owner's manual, original service and warranty information, original roadside assistance, original supplement to owner's manual in a black binder, spare key fob and JVC stereo remote. Compared to the standard Z3, M models featured a limited slip differential, a wider rear track and larger brakes (that are shared with the E36 M3). Z3M models have more aerodynamic wing-mirrors, redesigned front and rear bumpers, revised side gills, 17-inch wheels, quad exhausts and engine and oil temperature gauges in the center console.

The wheels look ok, but I'm not a fan of the rear wing. The Dinan upgrades are good ones too. Mileage isn't even mentioned so it's hard to determine value.
