Seller Description

For sale is my 1998 BMW Z3 M Roadster with 116,xxx miles. This is a fantastically fun car and will be perfect for the spring/summer season that's right around the corner. This car has the 3.2L 240HP inline-6 from the M3 and a 5-speed manual transmission. These are getting more difficult to find, and they are in a totally different league than a standard Z3 in terms of performance and handling. They also have wider bodies, performance tires and wheels. You won't find a more fun 2-seat roadster to drive anywhere!

This car has 116,000 miles on it, and is in generally good condition for its age. The body is straight with no evidence of previous damage. There are some normal dings, dents, scratches that you'd expect for a car of this age. Top is in fair condition and the rear plastic window is intact. The power top functions perfectly. The leather interior is in decent condition, with some wear showing on the seats, but nothing major. The passenger side seat has a small (1/2") tear.

Performance-wise, the car is excellent! The I-6 3.2L engine pulls hard in all gears and runs extremely strong.

The car has almost-new matching Hankook Ventus V12 Z-Rated tires with less than 5,000 miles on them, as well as new brakes all around. Inspected through 4/13, and should need nothing.

Call/text Jim, or email me to come see the car and take it for a spin. Clear title in hand.

Now on AutoTrader being sold by a dealership, but the private owner is the Internet Manager for the dealership, and it's still a private sale.

It looks all stock and in pretty good shape for the mileage. I think the price is fair.
