Seller Description

This 2000 BMW M Roadster is powered by a 3.2-liter S52 inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, and it is finished in Titanium Silver Metallic over black Nappa leather. Equipment includes silver-finished 17″ Style 40 wheels, a black convertible soft top, a Harman Kardon sound system, a BMW Business CD stereo, air conditioning, and cruise control. The car has been registered in Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, and Illinois, and it now has 60k miles following its recent acquisition by the selling dealer. This M Roadster is now offered by the selling dealer with a clean Carfax report and a clean Illinois title.

This M Roadster is one of 883 examples finished in Titanium Silver Metallic (354) over black Nappa leather for the North American market during the 2000 model year. Features include a power-operated black convertible soft top, front fender vents, and quad exhaust outlets. A ding and a scrape can be seen on the left-front wheel arch.

Silver-finished 17″ Style 40 wheels are wrapped in Continental ContiProContact tires measuring 225/45 up front and 245/40 out back. The car is equipped with Automatic Stability Control, and the seller notes that it features lowering springs as well as an aftermarket rear sway bar and shocks.

The cabin features black Nappa leather covering the heated sport seats, door panel inserts, and center console. Amenities include roll hoops, air conditioning, cruise control, a BMW Business CD stereo, and a Harman Kardon sound system.

The M-branded leather-wrapped steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames a tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, a 160-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 60k miles.

The 3.2-liter S52B32 inline-six features VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 240 horsepower and 236 lb-ft of torque. The selling dealer reports that the VANOS system was replaced.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a ZF five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage and lists registration history in Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, and Illinois.

This roadster was just listed privately a few days ago. The photos look nice, but the new price is optimistic.
