For sale: 1999 BMW Z3 M Roadster

I am the 2nd owner and purchased the car from the original owner who is a family friend. She purchased the car new off the showroom floor at BMW Northwest. Shortly after she had the dealer install a Dinan cold air intake, MAF, and throttle body, as well as Dinan Exhaust.
The roadster is clean titled and has 84k miles on it. This 23 year old BMW has some wear but is overall in great condition. I take a lot of pride in keeping my cars in great condition. This is a very nicely kept roadster. This car has never been on track, though that was my intention when purchasing it. Life happens.
In complete transparency here is what is wrong with car:
- The tires are old. Very good shape but old
- The passenger seat bushings have failed and will slide under hard braking(common on these cars)
- The driver seat moves slowly. Not sure if this is a motor failing, but it seems to be bound up.
- Small ding near driver side rear fender
- Rock chip in the windshield. Has been filled.
I have lots of documentation for the car, including the original window sticker. Other than what is listed above, the car is in perfect working order.
Couple of options the car has are:
- Heated seats
- 6 disc changer
- Convertible top boot cover ($600 on eBay)
Recent work on the car
- Oil and filter change
- Shift knob replacement
- Intake boot replaced
I’m selling the car because it is my 5th, and want to make room for another. Not enough garage space to park 6.
