Seller Description

Immaculate 1998 BMW M Roadster with 58,000 on the odometer. I purchased this car exactly two years ago from a local / responsible member of the Porsche club here in North Jersey who owned it for about 2 years as well. I believe this is a 3 owner car with the first owner keeping it the majority of its life. I do not have a copy of carfax but checked it before I purchased it myself and everything was clear. I have only put about 6k on the vehicle since purchase, and it has been garaged since the day I owned it, w/ battery tender when needed. Car had brand-new tires in 2015 (now only slightly worn), and had many maintenance items addressed, including an entire replacement of the brake pump system. Oil has been changed annually (Mobil 1) and the vehicle runs like a top. As you can tell from the photos, the paint on this car is IMMACULATE. I am a hobbyist auto detailer and last year went through the painstaking process of ensuring that there is not a single visible scratch on the car. The results speak for themselves! There are no sub-frame issues on this car, the tack welds in the trunk are fully in place and the frame underneath looks perfect. It is obvious that this car has been cared for very gently its entire life. The rear tail lights and side markers have been swapped for the euro ones (OEM), but I also have the USDM lights in a box which come with the car. Also have the OEM kidneys, and records from myself and previous owner. There is an aftermarket radio installed w/ bluetooth if you care about that sort of thing (personally I actually prefer the OEM BMW look). Swapping a business CD back in is not too complex of an affair, but I haven't bothered with it. This is a true enthusiast vehicle that will increase in value. I wish I did not have to sell it, but personal circumstances are dictating the decision. You would be hard pressed to find a better condition M roadster that is also a driver.

Looks like it sold last year as it's back on the market with a different seller.

The mileage is not mentioned but it had 55k last year. I'm guessing it has around 60k miles now based on the mileage on the tires. The paint does look exceptional. The price seems fair to me.
