Price increased to $13,995 from $10,995. I don't think they ever want to sell it.

Apparently it did not sell back in July as it's just been relisted once again. Bidding is currently at $1,025 and no reserve.

11/24/12 Update - Some more information from the previous owner:
Yes the shift knob is a Z4 OEM shift knob. The original knob was worn out and eventually fell off completely. The curb rash is because I kept the wheels that were on the car when I traded it in. You will need new tires on those wheels, they were toast. The car had brand new HR springs and sport Bilsteins put in in August. The current tail lights are from a 2000 that I bought off Ebay. I still have the OEM tails from 1998. The tow hook cover is actually in place but in Black, I bought the car without one and the previous(not this one) dealership sent me a black tow hook cover after the sale was completed. I still have the OEM indoor car cover for the car. I wouldn't call it a PPI but you can call my mechanic who did the suspension and pick his brain. He mentioned the control arm bushings were worn.
This dealership also has a coupe on the lot right now and sold another one a couple months ago. The CarFax report is clean, and I think it's priced pretty well for only having 58,713 miles. Not sure why they didn't replace the tow hook cover though. Makes it look a little sketchy. There's also quite a big of rash on the wheels, and it has a 6-speed shift knob for a 5-speed transmission. If they cleaned it up a little bit and fixed the little things it would be a better deal. The lack of care kind of makes me wonder though.
