Service has been uneventful: oil/filter changes (only with BMW filters and the factory and warranty prescribed Castrol TWS Motorsport 10W-60 - most recently performed at 34,000 miles), new tires at 28,000, a new battery at 33,000, a coil pack, exhaust and intake cam sensors, a rotor bearing at 33.5. I replaced the rearview mirror when the LCD seal failed and have had it upgraded to an electronic/electrostatic dimmer. I replaced a piece of trim that the inside tab had broken off of the A pillar.
