Releasing this 1998 BMW M Roadster into the wild! It has less than 35K miles, a clean title, and ready to drive; requires no further maintenance, no issues whatsoever! This is 1 of 1,936 Cosmos Black M Roadster sold in the U.S. between 1998-2002 and is even more rare with the Imola Red & Black Nappa leather interior. It has a 3.2 liter DOHC inline 6 producing 240 HP and 236 lb tq. This isn’t the regular BMW Z3, but the M version. You can tell from the fender flares, offset wheels/tires, M3 motor, quad dual exhaust, front air dam, and M badging.

This car had been residing in my father-in-law’s garage occasionally being driven. After two battery replacements later, I told him that it needs to be driven more or the battery placed on a tender. He asked that I look after it because he barely drives it the car is too low for him. Last winter (Dec 2018), I replaced most of the fluids with BMW coolant, BMW brake fluid, Redline for transmission, differential, and power steering. Motor oil had been replaced less than 1K miles ago with synthetic and is still OK. I also put in a new engine air filter. Tires have over 95% tread left.

This car is in GREAT CONDITION especially for its age at over 20 years old! I have strangers ask me if it is a new BMW model and are surprised to know that it’s as old as it is.
