Selling my 2000 MRoadster, a beauty, fast and fun!! Too many cars! This roadster is the perfect cruiser for fun, work car, pleasure cruising with the top down. Triple black, exterior has been covered in vinyl for the "flat black" look. Can be easily removed (I am told, never done it), original color Swartz Black Metallic. I believe the paint underneath the vinyl to be in very good overall condition considering the outside mirror covers which are not covered by vinyl. Black top needs rear window (branch fell on it, 3 holes) but I have a replacement. Top and headliner are in excellent condition. Both front fender liners are worn/partly missing but I have them brand new from BMW, easy to replace. Car is original and nearly perfect aside from the minor imperfections just noted. Clean, no accident carfax. 3.2 liter 6 cylinder engine starts immediately, no knocks, pings, rattles or smoke. All fluids recently changed with Redline synthetic, the best there is. The 5 speed tranny shifts smoothly and without flaw. There are no interior smells, presently owned by non-smoker senior. This car suffered from the rear floor pan separation which happened to many of the Z3's. This one was fixed a year ago by a certified BMW Master Mechanic (see pictures). At that time the suspension points were strengthened, new metal welded in to fix the tear, twin attachments on the differential to preclude any future problems. Also changed at that time a new clutch pack from Sachs, new brake and clutch master cylinders and new slave cylinder. New Interstate battery, BMW wheels and new Pirelli's are 1000 miles new. This car runs and drives fantastic. Don't let the miles fool you. The M cars are built to higher standards than most cars, they will last a lifetime with regular maintenance. Black all leather "Vader" seats show normal wear, no tears. Carpets are not worn, everything works, upscale radio with USB connection. Car comes with original boot and after market wind deflector. This car has started to increase in value, it will definitely be a collectible in the future. No joy rides, but a demonstration ride is part of the sale. Several small imperfections in the body are noted in the pictures, can likely be fixed by a PDR professional. Car includes outside cover. Please, serious bidders only.
