I've done the valve adjustment twice since I've purchased it in 2008. I also did 60k maintenance and always changed oil every 3,000 miles. It has a very new clutch and a lightweight flywheel. Due to the flywheel, the clutch does chatter once it's warmed up.

The bad: Car was in a bad accident in 2009, but was repaired by Center BMW to the great measures. I have no problem paying for a carfax if you're interested. I bought the car from the original owner in (I think, 2008).
Has some front bumper paint chips, some very minor dings, and kind of a weird paint splotch on the hood, but hoping to have that fixed under warranty for the buyer. Other than that it's held up pretty well.
