I've had the car for about 6 years and have done all the required maintenance plus some. I do my own work, have a lift and a climate controlled garage. I just replaced the convertible top hydraulic cylinder. The S52 motor is in great shape. I recently replaced the valve cover gasket because that was leaking a bit. Tires only have about 1000 miles on them. The car is stock except for an electric fan which I installed for ease of maintenance access to the drive belt and front of the motor. I've never tracked the car (I have an M3 coupe for that purpose). It's been a great weekend or backup vehicle for my wife and I, but it's time for us to free up some space in the garage.

It seems like it's had a good owner and some recent maintenance. It's stock besides the electric fan and the audio. The price is optimistic for the mileage.
