The obvious modifications are the headlights, aftermarket fog lights and rear wing. On the linside is has aftermarket audio, pedals and shift knob. Mechanically I just see an intake and strut bar. On the plus side the radiator looks almost brand new so hopefully the cooling system was done. The price seems very fair for the mileage.
